Trenuci besa mogu nas odvesti na
pogresan put, nekada nas naterati da kazemo ili uradimo stvari koje ne
mislimo,ne misleci na posledice.
Zivljenje
zivota je pocelo da bude cisto preskakanje trenutaka umesto da idemo
polako i uzivamo u svakom trenutku koliko god je to moguce. Zaboravili
smo da stanemo na sekundu i pogledamo svet oko nas, da se nasmejemo zbog
dece koja trce i plase ptice. Zaboravili smo da vidimo ljubav svuda,da
vidimo mladi par koji se ljubi na klupi,stari par koji se drzi za ruke
(ili ljubi jos strasnije :D ) . ..
Ako
bismo mogli stati samo na jedan jedini trenutak mogli bismo biti
smireni i ne toliko pod stresom,koji nas vodi do besa jos brze. Nadjite
mir u sebi i to cete uraditi samo onda kada primetite svoju okolinu.
Kazem PRIMETITE, i mislim vidite sve,ne samo lose stvari,neljubaznu
devojku u prodavnici ili razmazeno dete koje place...Primetite
prirod,ljubav,sunce,cak i kisu. Ndjite sve najlepse u svakom
pojedinacnom trenutku vaseg dana.
Kada nadjete unutrasnji mir i smirujucu energiju,suocicete se sa losim stvarima, losim ljudima i situacijama, SA OSMEHOM.
Naucite da uzivate, da oprastate, da volite, naucite da se kontrolisete, da ne budete uznemireni svakom sitnicom.
Onda cete biti zadovoljni, manje pod stresom, srecniji ...
Srecno sa nalazenjem vaseg unutrasnjeg mira.

Moments of rage can lead us to wrong way
sometimes,make us say or do things that we don`t want when we are
calm,without thinking on consequences.
Living
life started being just a pure jumping over the moments instead of
going slowly and enjoy every moment much as possible. We have forgot to
stop for a second and look at world around us, to smile because of
children running and scaring birds. We have forgot to see love
everywhere,to see young couple kissing on the bench, old couple holding
hands( or kissing with even more passion :D )...
If
we could stop for one very moment we would be calm and not so stressed,
which leads us to rage even faster. Find peace in your self and you
will do that when you notice your environment. I say NOTICE, i mean see
everything, not only bad things,rude girl in shop or crying spoiled kid.
Notice nature,love,sun,or even rain. Find the most beautiful things in
every single moment of your day.
When you find your inner peace and calming energy, you will face bad things,bad people and situations easier,WITH SMILE :)
Learn to enjoy,to forgive,to love, learn to control your self, to not get disturbed with every little thing.
Than,you will be satisfied, less stressed, happier...
